If you love your car, you have to send it to Andrew and his team should the unfortunate happen to it. Their attention to detail is exceptional and likewise their workmanship. Most other panel beaters try to bodge the job and pocket the extra insurance money. NOT SO HERE!!!Further, if it is not your fault, they are partnered with a company offering like for like hire cars so you dont have to drive an i20 or similar whilst repairs are being carried out.

Balcatta Panel and Paint were friendly, reliable and easy to deal with. They were very quick with getting my quote done and managed to fit my car in shortly after I made the claim with my insurer. If I could rate them higher I would. This busisness truly exemplifies the true meaning of customer service.I recently had my car repaired following an accident. From the first contacts with Sarah and Nola and there were many (due to insurer delays) to picking up my vehicle I was always kept informed, spoken to with respect, empathy and understanding.The entire team would have to be the most professional, courteous, friendly group I've ever dealt with.The standard of repairs was of the highest quality, completed on time and on pickup my car was spotless inside.Needless to say should I ever have the misfortune of needing smash repairs in future these guys would be my go to business.Thank you Team Balcatta you are absolutely amazing.Jeanette

Took my car here to get some minor works done, Friendly and helpful staff, Great knowledge on the service they provide, Excellent communication, there were some issues with a particular part involved in the repair, and I was given not only daily updates on the situation and progress, but also free use of the loan car for 2 days, they even gave the car a wash and cleaned the interior. Very impressed and Happy, Highly recommend Bryan, Sarah and the rest of the team at Balcatta Panel and Paint.

We picked our car up today and were very impressed with the excellent job done by the guys at Balcatta Panel & Paint! Someone had backed into our car, but now it looks like new again, all polished & shiny. I was impressed with how quickly Bryan did a quote for me when I first rang them. He said: "Come on down and I can do it for you now"! (The other company I rang had given me a date three days later, just to get a quote.) My husband and I both felt very happy with the good communication we received from them and for the way they were happy to answer any questions we had about details.

Wow what can I say, these guys sure took the headache out of getting my car repaired. From the moment I went to get my quote didn't do another thing. Fantastic experience. Had a bumper and panel repair 6 weeks ago. Reasonsble price, loan car and a perfect job.Cut to today - accidentally knocked rear bumper off backing out of garage. Went down to Balcatta Panel and Paint for a quote - and as it was minor they FIXED IT ON THE SPOT. Plus, did some touch up and polished the area affecred. When I asked "How much?" I was told "Don't worry about it"Truely gentlenen and best service in Perth by Far!!!

We had our Subaru Forester repaired 18 months ago. We were able to have tow truck drop car off after hours at workshop after the accident and they sorted the rest. Insurers approved the quote and we got our car back within 3 weeks when accident happened over Christmas shutdown period. Very happy with service and repairs. Great friendly team - 5 stars.

I just had my car repaired at Balcatta Panel & Paint. They are fast to book me in, efficient, patient and provided me with a complimentary car to use during the period. Paul assessed my car and after that Andrew took care of the whole process. On the day of pickup, I was running late and Andrew even waited for me after hours. Even the Receptionist was polite and caring. I am very happy I made the right decision to go with them rather than my insurance's preferred repairer.

Most friendly customer service with the choice of loan cars.My car is A black Bmw M5 and it was repaired in less than a week! They shop was full of cars and they said they are never to busy to fit another customer in.The finish of my car was faultless and I have already handed out their business cards to my friends back at work.It's good to see a shop that cars about your car as much as you do.Very pleased once again guys 👍

Paul and his team did fabulous job on Paintness Dent Removal and Paint scratch repair for my car… I was excited when I seen my 「new」repaired mazda 10 hrs ago when I was picked it up. Just got my 2007 Holden Astra re-sprayed and I am very happy I chose Balcatta Panel and Paint to do it.
