My car was involved in an accident at the end of May, and I was feeling quite helpless at the time.Thankfully, I found Shane Conroy at Balcatta Panel & Paint. He welcomed us with understanding and professionalism, and promised that the repairs would be completed quickly.True to his word, Shane managed to finish the job in just three weeks — something that would normally take at least two months! The repair work was outstanding, and my car looks as good as new. 🚗✨We are truly grateful for his help and highly recommend Shane and the team at Balcatta Panel & Paint to anyone in need of quality smash repairs or spray painting. Seems like a small family business, first impressions are not great but they turned out to be a very professional operational. Good friendly service offering good advice and accurate detailed quotation. Ultimately provided fast repairs to the highest standard. I first called them to check that they were interested in my small task of fitting some door moldings, they said yes so I immediately dropped in to give them a look at the jobThe owner to my surprise, immediately set about doing the job, he knew exactly what and how to complete the taskAfter 10/15min the job was completed and they wouldn't take payment. I was with wallet in hand but after multiple refusals to take payment, my head was in a spin, that generosity in business almost never happens, not the least because of the cost to run a businessMy vehicle is wearing interstate plates!!!They simply said pass it on, however they can be sure myself and my son will be using there services in future as my observation was that of a professional outfit, run by good people

I took my Ram pickup truck into Balcatta Panel and Paint to have a couple of rust spots repaired while the windscreen was out, as well as organising the new windscreen, they did an awesome job with the rust repair and matching the paint colour. Honestly, probably the best experience I have ever had with a panel shop following an accident.Someone reversed into my drivers door, however following the work done by Balcatta Panel & Paint I honestly couldn't tell the accident had ever happened. I worked in the car industry for 8 years and this is one of the best jobs I have seen, true masters of their craft.I did have one issue where there was a bit of wind noise coming through the door after collection, however I took it back and the team were more than happy to sort it, no questions at all. Quick turn around and that has now been fixed too. No one can deliver a perfect product 100% of the time, but its how you rectify it that counts and I appreciate you guys for sorting this for me hassle free!Great experience start to finish.Thanks Kira, Shane, and team!

We had our car fixed here last week and are super happy with the service, they made the entire insurance repair process very easy. Our car was pretty messy from our toddler when we dropped it off for repair, but when we got the car back, not only was the repair done very well it was also cleaned inside and out, with all the blankets folded nicely etc. They go above and beyond with the service they provide and we will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I have a car that no one can see apparently. I have been to Balcatta Panel & Paint sooo many times it’s embarrassing. These guys are fantastic! So friendly and efficient. The most recent time, they finished my car repairs only 3 days after dropping it off. I had picked up my loan car that morning and had to take it back that afternoon! The car is always beautifully cleaned inside and out too! I can highly recommended them! 🤗

Balcatta Panel & Paint were absolutely great to work with. Everyone was very kind and helpful during a rather stressful event for us and made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire process.Getting the ute back we found they’d given it a wash and detailed the inside cabin. The extra attention was very much appreciated after having gone without the ute for several days. Getting into a nice clean cabin was just a good feeling to end on.Everyone at the shop is great to work with, if you’re looking for a solid shop choose this one.

I had a loose front bumper panel on my Mitsubishi Outlander and popped in to get a quote. The bumper clips had broken. They fixed it on the spot and I was gone in 5 minutes.Great blokes. I'll be going back there again if needed.

I have recently had my car in with Balcatta Panel and Paint to have the rear door and panel replaced and they did an excellent job, looks like new and they matched the paint very well. Great communication from start till end and even managed to get the car to me earlier because a long weekend. When my near-new car was damaged by another driver I chose to go to this business based on seeing its high Google reviews & ratings. Last week they repaired my car and I picked it up in showroom condition without any trace of the accident having occurred. Both the interior and outside of my car were also immaculate. I went there this morning to get a trailer fixed. Shane took a look at it, explained clearly why he couldn't (or any panel beater couldn't) do that kind of repair with the metal being too thick. Although he had a quick attempt anyway, proved it couldn't, and recommended a trailer repairer in Wangara.He couldn't have been more helpful given the situation. Highly recommend.
