Balcatta Panel And Paint are an outstanding, professional group of people who are at the top of their game. My Gtsr Maloo was looked after from day 1.Scott never had any doubts about doing the job unlike other repair places that didn't like the idea of touching my ute and made excuses not to go ahead with the repairs. Nothing was a problem or too hard and the end product speaks for itself.....incredible work!Kira in the office was on top of everything getting me booked in and dealing with the insurance company and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I could not have asked for better people to look after my Maloo. Thank you guys, you will always be my panel and paint 1st choice. 5 stars all round.

Brought my car here for insurance repairs upon seeing their amazing reviews and they certainly live up to them. From the quotation process, rental car provision, and to the final product, it has been absolutely spot on. Big thanks to Shane and the team and Balcatta Panel and Paint for their never-ending patience and exceptional service, resulting in a hassle-free process with constant communication and an amazing turnaround time. They even went above and beyond and gave my interior a bit of a clean before picking up and found some things I swear I had lost months ago! I first called them to check that they were interested in my small task of fitting some door moldings, they said yes so I immediately dropped in to give them a look at the jobThe owner to my surprise, immediately set about doing the job, he knew exactly what and how to complete the taskAfter 10/15min the job was completed and they wouldn't take payment. I was with wallet in hand but after multiple refusals to take payment, my head was in a spin, that generosity in business almost never happens, not the least because of the cost to run a businessMy vehicle is wearing interstate plates!!!They simply said pass it on, however they can be sure myself and my son will be using there services in future as my observation was that of a professional outfit, run by good people

Honestly, probably the best experience I have ever had with a panel shop following an accident.Someone reversed into my drivers door, however following the work done by Balcatta Panel & Paint I honestly couldn't tell the accident had ever happened. I worked in the car industry for 8 years and this is one of the best jobs I have seen, true masters of their craft.I did have one issue where there was a bit of wind noise coming through the door after collection, however I took it back and the team were more than happy to sort it, no questions at all. Quick turn around and that has now been fixed too. No one can deliver a perfect product 100% of the time, but its how you rectify it that counts and I appreciate you guys for sorting this for me hassle free!Great experience start to finish.Thanks Kira, Shane, and team!

We had our car fixed here last week and are super happy with the service, they made the entire insurance repair process very easy. Our car was pretty messy from our toddler when we dropped it off for repair, but when we got the car back, not only was the repair done very well it was also cleaned inside and out, with all the blankets folded nicely etc. They go above and beyond with the service they provide and we will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I have a car that no one can see apparently. I have been to Balcatta Panel & Paint sooo many times it’s embarrassing. These guys are fantastic! So friendly and efficient. The most recent time, they finished my car repairs only 3 days after dropping it off. I had picked up my loan car that morning and had to take it back that afternoon! The car is always beautifully cleaned inside and out too! I can highly recommended them! 🤗

Balcatta Panel & Paint were absolutely great to work with. Everyone was very kind and helpful during a rather stressful event for us and made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire process.Getting the ute back we found they’d given it a wash and detailed the inside cabin. The extra attention was very much appreciated after having gone without the ute for several days. Getting into a nice clean cabin was just a good feeling to end on.Everyone at the shop is great to work with, if you’re looking for a solid shop choose this one.
