Your Frequently Asked Questions About Smash Repairs, Answered

What happens to my car after an accident?

In Western Australia, the law requires anyone involved in a car accident to stop at the scene and supply their name, address, driver’s license and vehicle registration number.

You should also take note of the insurance details of the other drivers involved and everything you can remember about the events of the crash.

Contact your insurance company as soon as possible so your recollection of the accident remains front of mind. Explain to them what happened and they will take down your details and give you a claim number.

Please keep in mind that you do have a choice of repairer, so nominate Balcatta Panel & Paint as your smash repairer.
