We decided to give our Honda Civic a roof respray (top and sides) as the metallic gold paint had badly deteriorated. This is the second time we have used Balcatta Paint and Panel and we are so impressed with the quality of work and the friendliness of the team. They matched the colour perfectly and you can't see where it blends with the rest of the car - it looks almost new. It was so tempting to think we needed a new car but now we are very happy we didn't (save $$$'s).

Highly recommend this shop! I had a great experience from start to finish. Shane is a very honest and genuine guy. From the initial visit through to getting my car repaired, everything was transparent and straight to the point. You can really tell he cares about what the customer wants and needs. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very smooth and positive experience.

Did a banger job fixing up a decent scrape for not too much cost. Did other little scratches around the car + even gave it a good clean. Might as well be brand new with how it looks now. Highly recommend.

I will definitely be recommending Balcatta Panel and Paint to everyone who needs a repair! They got my car fixed in 2.5 weeks and got me in touch with a loan car company, so I didn't have to go without. They dealt with all dealings with my insurance company which took a lot of stress off of me. My car looks as good as new! The staff are extremely nice and were great to deal with. Thanks guys!

I couldn’t be happier with the team at Balcatta Panel and Paint!I brought in my brand new 711 Boxster Porsche after a tyre shop accident left me needing a new door repair, and the results were absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. You’d never know there had ever been any damage the finish is flawless and the car looks brand new again. My car had unfortunately been scratched in transit from overseas and I had initially gotten quoted a crazy price for repair from another bodyshop. Luckily I was recommended to Shane by chance. He took one look at my car and advised that the damage could probably be polished out, which he subsequently did, preventing me from a big bill and having my car out of action for possibly weeks. Shane and the team are honest, easy to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

Balcatta Panel And Paint are an outstanding, professional group of people who are at the top of their game. My Gtsr Maloo was looked after from day 1.Scott never had any doubts about doing the job unlike other repair places that didn't like the idea of touching my ute and made excuses not to go ahead with the repairs. Nothing was a problem or too hard and the end product speaks for itself.....incredible work!Kira in the office was on top of everything getting me booked in and dealing with the insurance company and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I could not have asked for better people to look after my Maloo. Thank you guys, you will always be my panel and paint 1st choice. 5 stars all round.

Brought my car here for insurance repairs upon seeing their amazing reviews and they certainly live up to them. From the quotation process, rental car provision, and to the final product, it has been absolutely spot on. Big thanks to Shane and the team and Balcatta Panel and Paint for their never-ending patience and exceptional service, resulting in a hassle-free process with constant communication and an amazing turnaround time. They even went above and beyond and gave my interior a bit of a clean before picking up and found some things I swear I had lost months ago! Absolutely recommended and will be coming back in the future to get some private work done!

Seems like a small family business, first impressions are not great but they turned out to be a very professional operational. I first called them to check that they were interested in my small task of fitting some door moldings, they said yes so I immediately dropped in to give them a look at the jobThe owner to my surprise, immediately set about doing the job, he knew exactly what and how to complete the taskAfter 10/15min the job was completed and they wouldn't take payment. I was with wallet in hand but after multiple refusals to take payment, my head was in a spin, that generosity in business almost never happens, not the least because of the cost to run a businessMy vehicle is wearing interstate plates!!!They simply said pass it on, however they can be sure myself and my son will be using there services in future as my observation was that of a professional outfit, run by good people

Honestly, probably the best experience I have ever had with a panel shop following an accident.Someone reversed into my drivers door, however following the work done by Balcatta Panel & Paint I honestly couldn't tell the accident had ever happened. I worked in the car industry for 8 years and this is one of the best jobs I have seen, true masters of their craft.I did have one issue where there was a bit of wind noise coming through the door after collection, however I took it back and the team were more than happy to sort it, no questions at all. Quick turn around and that has now been fixed too. No one can deliver a perfect product 100% of the time, but its how you rectify it that counts and I appreciate you guys for sorting this for me hassle free!Great experience start to finish.Thanks Kira, Shane, and team!

We had our car fixed here last week and are super happy with the service, they made the entire insurance repair process very easy. Our car was pretty messy from our toddler when we dropped it off for repair, but when we got the car back, not only was the repair done very well it was also cleaned inside and out, with all the blankets folded nicely etc. They go above and beyond with the service they provide and we will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I have a car that no one can see apparently. I have been to Balcatta Panel & Paint sooo many times it’s embarrassing. These guys are fantastic! So friendly and efficient. The most recent time, they finished my car repairs only 3 days after dropping it off. I had picked up my loan car that morning and had to take it back that afternoon! The car is always beautifully cleaned inside and out too! I can highly recommended them! 🤗

Balcatta Panel & Paint were absolutely great to work with. Everyone was very kind and helpful during a rather stressful event for us and made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire process.Getting the ute back we found they’d given it a wash and detailed the inside cabin. The extra attention was very much appreciated after having gone without the ute for several days. Getting into a nice clean cabin was just a good feeling to end on.Everyone at the shop is great to work with, if you’re looking for a solid shop choose this one.

I had a loose front bumper panel on my Mitsubishi Outlander and popped in to get a quote. The bumper clips had broken. They fixed it on the spot and I was gone in 5 minutes.Great blokes. I'll be going back there again if needed.
