I have recently had my car in with Balcatta Panel and Paint to have the rear door and panel replaced and they did an excellent job, looks like new and they matched the paint very well. Great communication from start till end and even managed to get the car to me earlier because a long weekend. Very happy with the service and repair and would recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

Chose to have Balcatta & Paint fix the damage to my car on Reviews.From the day I first took the car to be assessed until i picked the car up after the damage was fixed they were so professional and extremely efficient. Car looked new again and was so clean too. Would highly recommend them.

When my near-new car was damaged by another driver I chose to go to this business based on seeing its high Google reviews & ratings. Last week they repaired my car and I picked it up in showroom condition without any trace of the accident having occurred. Both the interior and outside of my car were also immaculate. I would highly recommend this business for any paint and smash repair work.

I went there this morning to get a trailer fixed. Shane took a look at it, explained clearly why he couldn't (or any panel beater couldn't) do that kind of repair with the metal being too thick. Although he had a quick attempt anyway, proved it couldn't, and recommended a trailer repairer in Wangara.He couldn't have been more helpful given the situation. Highly recommend.

Balcatta Panel and Paint took all the stress out of my Insurance claim. I called them when our country repairers couldn't book me in for 6 months; so Balcatta Panel and Paint took our job and went above and beyond to help get us back on the road quickly and their repair job was first class. Very happy with their work and how nice and professional they were. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend them. Getting a quote was simple and straightforward. The work was completed ahead of time of time. Them providing a loan car for the duration of the repair was a bonus. They are very professional in their conduct. I also like how they provide a very comprehensive quote and breaking down their labour and parts. The completed work looks as good as coming out from factory.

I cannot reccomend this business enough!. I recently had my first incident with a new car and i was very nervous to leave it and get it fixed. From organising everything to be booked in with Kira (receptionist) and leaving my car with Shane and his team - the process was actually stress free!. The car looked brand new when i picked it up with a very quick turn around and they made the whole process so much easier than i thought. Such a friendly team and they are truly experts at what they do! Thank you again for everything !

Very professional: brilliant workmanship; open and clear communication; honest; personable; and problem free.My baby is 25 years old and I was expecting to have to replace all the original plastics/rubber seals and fixings in the affected areas when I got her back as they tend to disintegrate when mucked with, but the team must be wizards or something because they left me with nothing to do.I was also a tad worried about the finish as I've been told before that the age makes precise colour-matching challenging, plus she was coated in Crystal Rock, but she looks absolutely spectacular.She seems to be handling even better too, though, as I only had paint and minor bodywork done, I could see how it may be possible that an argument might be made to suggest that this is (conceivably) a happy psychosomatic byproduct of the work. I admit nothing apart from my bliss.I'm very, very happy and give them my strongest recommendation.Thank you team! Big ups and props and whatnot. 🙂

Just a quick thanks to Bryan, Kira and the team at Balcatta Panel and Paint. I had a dent removed from my car recently that was caused by an elderly gentleman reversing into my front driver’s door. When I picked up the car, I noticed some very, very minor issues with the paintjob and when I pointed it out to Bryan he immediately agreed it was not good enough and apologised that it had not been picked up. Two days later the car was ready to pick up and again and was perfect. It is great to see a firm take responsibility and pride for the quality of their work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to someone looking for a professional, customer focused, panel and paint specialist, and at a reasonable price!

I was recommended here by RAC to fix a moderate bump on my wheel arch and I could not be happier. The service was prompt (got my vehicle back within 4 business days) and when I asked for some paint to do some minor aesthetic touch ups on my car they gave me some willingly. Hopefully I won't have to come here again but, if I do, I highly recommend their services.

So to start off the reason I came to these guys is I had work done through another place as directed through rac and they did such a bad job rac sent me the these guys to get the work fixed and I wont lie I was so worried that they would treat me as bad as the other place, but to me surprise they where so friendly and welcoming it settled my nerves straight away. Now if u want the at most best work done on ur car at such a great price them I highly suggest going to these guys from the moment I arrive I could tell that there level of experience and workmanship so like no other and the knowledge and attention to detail was so far past what I even expected that I cant fault these guys on anything. I even made a point to rac that they should highly recommend them as there preferred place to get work done.

Went to have a bumper repaired after a car nudged the bumper and caused some minor damage. Place repaired the bumper good as new, colours where a perfect match, quote was reasonable. The insurance and company corresponded efficiently, both where in the loop.Had a minor issue on trunk when i went to pick it up Friday afternoon, but come Monday the shop happily inspected, turned out to be sap, which they took care of no problems.Headache resolved 10/10.
